Inside: - 5 large bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, linens and towels (1 king bed, 4 queen) - 3 bathrooms all with shower or bath tub (one bathroom is an ensuite of main bedroom) -Updated kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, blender, griddle, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig with coffee pods, lots of dishes/cookware, salt/pepper/steak + chicken seasoning, extra folding table and 6 extra folding chairs - 2 living rooms with Smart TVs - indoor gas fireplace, jetted bathtub, luggage racks, toys/playpen, high chair, foosball table Outside: - Hot tub (open Oct 2nd-Apr 30, emptied and closed during summer) - outdoor BBQ, 2 patios one with fire-pit and deck chairs, 1 deck off the kitchen with outdoor eating area -free parking (2-3 spots on driveway and more on road) Setup for large families/groups Have a question? Guest access Exclusive access to the entire property (besides garage) Other things to note Cleaning fees and GST are all included in the nightly rate. A professional cleaner resets the house and thoroughly cleans after every visit. Maximum number of guests is 12 people over the age of 1 (please do not attempt to bring in extra guests over this limit). All rooms have fans, bedside tables with lamps and USB plugins. A playpen is also included. **There is a hot-tub on the property with a cover but small children should be monitored at all times in the backyard** (closed and emptied from May 1st to Sept 30th). For extra dining space there is a folding table in the master bedroom closet and folding chairs in the hall closet. They can be used inside or out. There is a AC unit in the dining room that cools the kitchen, dining, and living room area. Hinton and Jasper area can often be impacted by extreme weather (wildfires, extreme cold, poor air quality). Please note we do not offer any refunds for these situations including when there may be roads shut down or evacuations. You can always cancel within the cancellation window.
