There is an excellent fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with cable TV including 100Mb wifi, a dining area both indoors or outdoors on the private terrace with comfortable patio seating. Accommodation includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and plenty of hangar storage. Bed linen and towels are provided. Patio doors from the master bedroom lead out onto the terrace and a modern en-suite bathroom completes the accommodation. Smoking is not permitted in the flat and pets are not allowed. For your convenience, we can arrange special requests, cot hire, baby seat hire and starter packs of groceries. Guest access Condado de Alhama is a very secure and gated community with 24 hour security. The complex is patrolled by security guards and there is CCTV in the main communal areas. For access please have your booking confirmation and ID card ready when you arrive at the entrance to the resort. Guests will have full private access to the apartment and instructions for key collection and apartment location will be sent prior to arrival by Whats App and email. The apartments on La Isla are accessible by lift and stairs. Other things to note Normal electricity consumption is included in the rental price. The apartment has a meter connected to the air conditioning, €10 usage is included per stay, additional units can be purchased on site from the management company.
