Private house in Kramfors, Höga Kusten

Here you live in your own charming house only 1 km from Kramfors center/train station and with proximity to everything that Höga Kusten has to offer. If you like good food, cozy destinations, culture, unique outdoor experiences and not least beautiful nature - then Höga Kusten is the right choice. If you are here for work, you will be staying very centrally and easily accessible with access to parking and engine heaters. Here you have the entire house with a glazed balcony, patio and associated garden for yourselves. The space On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker as well as a dining area with four chairs. Outside the kitchen, there is a large glassed-in terrace with patio heaters and more dining/seating areas. Additional tables and chairs are also available on the open terrace by the apple tree directly adjacent to the glazing and the house. Feel free to temporarily move tables and chairs if you want more seats in one place. On the ground floor there is also bedroom 1 with a smaller double bed (sleeps two) and bedroom 2 with a loft bed (sleeps two) and a crib. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that provides two additional sleeping places on the entrance floor if desired. There is also a toilet with sink and shower cabin. If you need to do laundry, you will find the laundry room downstairs and there you have free access to laundry detergent. On the basement level there is also bedroom 3 with a single bed (as well as the possibility of an extra sleeping place on a mattress if you wish and notify in advance). Guest access You have access to the whole house (one-story house with basement) as well as the glazed terrace with patio heater and the patio under the open sky by the apple tree. The plot is large and flat with a lot of grass and space for outdoor play. Private parking with room for several cars right next to the entrance. Other things to note Here you will find bed linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, barbecue, books, newspapers, children's toys, potty, board games, cleaning and laundry items that we hope will make your stay easier. In the kitchen, there are also basic spices at your disposal and in the laundry room, you have access to laundry detergent. Snow removal is handled by the tenant. A dustpan and snow shovel are on site. Smoking is not allowed either in the house or on the enclosed balcony.
