Idyllic apartment

Take a break! Our idyllic little apartment is located in an absolutely quiet location. The dirt road next to the house invites you to walk over hills and fields. Just 10 minutes' drive away are two small swimming beaches – perfect cooling off in a small tributary of the Drava River. The view from the window towards Hochobir sparks wanderlust. We are the house at the end of the road. Nestled between wheat fields and meadows on the Rosenbühl, you will find peace and quiet from everyday life. The space The apartment is located on the second floor and can be reached via a separate staircase with its own entrance. It features a double bedroom, a small room with two single beds, a small bathroom with tub and a large living room with kitchenette and balcony. The kitchen has two hotplates incl. a small fridge and a sink. Microwave, toaster and a small filter coffee maker are available, as well as pots, pans and other necessary dishes. Our decor consists of a mix of older and brand new furniture, all designed to make you feel comfortable. Our house is from 1975 and has been treated with a lot of love. However, those who expect a new building will be disappointed. Our bathroom is a bit older and sometimes the floor creaks - but it is very cozy and idyllic with us. In summer you can hear the crickets chirping in the evening and when you look out the window you can sometimes even see a few deer. There is a parking space right in front of the entrance door. It takes about 15 minutes by car to Klagenfurt, or approx. 20 minutes to Lake Klopein. Other things to note PETS: Pets are welcome! However, since the cleaning effort after the stay of pets is greater (fur likes to spread throughout the apartment, for example), we charge a one-time fee of EUR 20.00 per animal. This is already included in the booking price. FEES: The mandatory local tax in Grafenstein is EUR 0.70 per person per night. The overnight stay tax is EUR 0.40 per person per night. The sum of EUR 1.10 per person per night is not included in the booking price and must be paid in cash at check-out. The amount will then be paid to the authority.
