Bright Studio suite with large patio

Large, bright studio suite (approx. 650 sq. ft.) with close proximity to the beach, ferry, grocery stores, pharmacies, water park as well as the Tsawwassen Mills/Commons shopping malls. The suite is on the main floor of a house in a central residential neighbourhood. Patio doors lead to a large, private deck with a patio table/chairs. There is a private entrance to the suite. We just added a propane BBQ, so you can enjoy grilling while sitting on the beautiful deck! The space The suite consists of 3 rooms and a large outside space : 1) The living/sleeping area 2) The kitchen/dining area 3) The bathroom. The sliding glass doors lead to an private, expansive deck and garden where you have the use of a gas BBQ for grilling this summer!
