Cottage in beautiful Valle close to golfcourse

A cozy cottage in the country with a large garden and a view of a paddock where horses graze in the summer. The nearest lake is about 1 km away at Flämslätt and several other lakes are nearby. Skara summer are only about 15 minutes away. The house is next door to Billingen's golf course and several beautiful hiking trails can be found close by in a landscape of meadows, pastures and deciduous forests. Around most of the house there is a veranda with sun all day. The space The cottage dates back to the 18th century so in the cozy living room there is a pipe stove and in the large kitchen with full equipment there is a wood stove, however I do not want people to make a fire as some instructions are required, there is bad draft in the summer so it will smoke in and firewood not included! In the cottage there is a small bedroom with a 180 bed and you can go directly out onto the terrace, though you cab only access the bed one way. In one of the outbuildings there is a guest room with a 160 bed. There are two extra mattresses that can be placed in the living room or possibly one in the bedroom. It will be a bit cramped to put an extra mattress in the guest room. They are not the most luxurious mattresses but work well for kids or a couple of nights for adults! See pictures! The house house a low roof and doors in some parts because of its age so tall people be careful! The house is next to two roads, inte grawel road and the other is a 70 km/ h road, which is popular for motorcyclists among others! Guest access You have access to the entire house and the guest room. The storage are locked and private. The grill is in the space between the red timber cottage and the yellow outhouse. Other things to note If you want bed linen and towels, there is a fee of SEK 100 for bed linen and SEK 50 for bath towels. Cleaning is not included in the price and there will be a fee if you don't clean properly!
