We have provided the following for your convenience. - Aircon - Refrigerator - Induction stove - Microwave - Electric Kettle - Rice Cooker - Plates, bowls, utensils - Pots and pans, knives, chopping board, laddle - 50" Smart TV with Netflix - Free Wifi (prepaid) - Flat Iron - Hot water for shower - Linens and bath towels - Complimentary bottled water upon check in - Complimentary coffee, chocolate drink and tea - Complimentary toothpaste, basic toiletries and tissue paper Guest access Guest will have exclusive access to the entire room unit, bathroom and balcony. The unit is part of the condominium building. Elevator access is available. Other things to note GUEST: Only two guests are allowed to stay as directed by the building admin. ADMIN REQUIREMENTS: All guests are required to submit names, contact info, and copies of government issued IDs or passports to the building admin. CLEANING SCHEDULE: We clean the unit prior to your arrival. We don’t do the cleaning of our unit when it is occupied by our guests. Cleaning materials will be provided for your cleaning needs. Or you can request for additional room cleaning for an additional fee. Linens and towels may be changed for FREE for guests who booked with us for more than 7 days. All used linens will be picked up and replaced by a clean one at an agreed schedule. GARBAGE: Trash bins are provide. Kindly dispose of your garbage at the temporary trash room on the ground floor behind the elevator once your trash is full. Do not leave the trash in the hallways and common areas. PARKING: Overnight paid parking is available at the mall parking area across the condo building. CHECK OUT: Upon check out, please turn off the main switch. You can leave the keys on the key lockbox and lock the door. THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY. No smoking and vaping allowed inside the unit and common areas.
