28 Wallingford Square is in the heart of Kittery Foreside, with a slice of industrial waterfront, and views towards the Portsmouth Naval Yard. Enjoy watching the lobster boats, the lights of the Naval Yard, or witness the wildlife passing by on the waterfront. This unit is only a 15 minute walk to downtown Portsmouth, and a mere 50 paces to the best that Kittery Foreside has to offer. This building is off Government St, on the lobster docks, tucked in behind the Corner Pub and across from Anju. The space This is a 2 unit building. This particular apartment is the ground floor, water facing, walk out unit, with a private entrance leading into a 475 square foot, private living space. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, and a living area, with a kitchenette. There is not a stove, but if you are anything like us, you are here to eat out in the Foreside! Enjoy the deck, with 2 chairs and a table to enjoy the waterfront scenery. We have appointed the unit with some of our personal mid-century pieces. The bathroom has been freshly remodeled, and we have built new decks to enjoy watching out to the waterfront. Guest access Parking is for 1 car, on the grass, or next to the grass on the pavement if one of the lobstermen is blocking the easement. We pull our vehicle partially on the grass to still enjoy the views from the deck while allowing the lobstermen come and go on the working waterfront. Other things to note We may allow up to 2 housebroken small dogs under 20lb on an individual basis. Pet fee of $200 per pet if approved. Dogs must be crated when owners are not around if approved.
