Short walking distance to Brown University, RISD, Moses Brown School, and tons of cute shops and restaurants. Features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 4 beds (3 queens, 1 twin) which can sleep up to 7 guests. In-unit washer/dryer, 70" TV, and fast wifi throughout the house! The space Three bedrooms (with total of 4 beds), and 2 bathrooms, that can sleep up to 7 guests! Richly appointed interiors with modern amenities and premium linen. 70" inch high definition TV, with Netflix, Disney, and other streaming video apps. Stainless steel kitchen appliances and free washer/dryer available in-unit. There is also central heating and window ACs (during non-winter months). Fast wifi and 2 sets of work stations (monitor, keyboard, and office desk) available for Zoom calls and work-from-home! Free, private driveway parking for up to 2 cars, right in front of the entrance to the house! Guest access Guests may use the entire guest house, as well as patio around and adjacent to the house. Other things to note We are pet friendly, but please add them to the reservation and pay our pet fee. After each pet stay, we do a deep cleaning to remove all traces of pet hair and dander for future guests (some of whom may have pet allergies). No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed. No unregistered guests allowed. Please respect the noise curfew (our neighborhood’s quiet time is between 9pm and 7am) Please respect check-in and check-out times.
