The space * Base fee is for 6 guests. *If you have a larger party and need additional accommodations, we have a partner house right next door. We even have a gate, allowing friendly parties to have access to each others pack yard for outdoor play if desired. Please inquire individually on that listing. It's name is "Cruise Control by J and Amy". ****Our home is a No-smoking property ($500 fine), and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays. * Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply. * There is a possibility of construction noise until all home in the neighborhood have been completed. *Because of the pool and safety concerns, please leave the slider locked if children are in the home unless supervised outside by an adult. There is an alarm with a noise bypass on the slider leading to the pool. It is annoying, but required by state law. If the batteries are removed, it is at your own risk, and they must be re-installed before checkout. Thank you. *Pool and Hot Tub Fees: The pool and hot tub are heated by propane, which is very effective but expensive; therefore, there is a daily fee that we have to charge. These charges are initiated OUTSIDE THE INITIAL RESERVATION. The cost for heating changes based on the ambient temperature of Mesquite. We will need 3 days notice prior to your arrival for the charge to occur and for us to arrange heating. The prices are as follows: POOL & HOT TUB: Winter - $150 a day Summer - $25 (Hot tub only) Fall & Spring - $100 a day. HOT TUB ONLY: Winter months - $35 a day Summer - $25 a day Fall & Spring - $25 a day YOUR INDOOR SPACE- Bedrooms: Although our home is a 3 bedroom home, we can sleep four adults separately with our convertible king to 2 single beds configuration in one of the guest rooms. Our primary offers a king bed with attached bath and the second guest room has a queen bed. 2 foam floor mattresses are available for extra guests. Extra fees applies. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day. All mattresses and pillow are encased with a protective covering to keep you safe from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have a TV so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose. We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app. Make sure to sign out at checkout. Bathrooms: Our two bathrooms, one attached to the primary bedroom, are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum. Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. Beautiful indoor and separate outdoor dishes are for your use as well as coffee & filters, tea, spices, barbeque utensils and more. Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and the wall of sliding windows and doors make you feel as if you are outside while you are cuddled on the comfy couch with the fireplace flickering, watching your favorite show on our large screen streaming TV. YOUR OUTDOOR SPACE - POOL & HOT TUB: You will be able to heat the hot tub and pool for your stay during the colder months. There is an extra fee as heating with propane is quite expensive, but effective. FIRE PIT AND DINING TABLE: Our bar height fire pit table is perfect for conversations, drinks and dinner as you stay warm in an inviting atmosphere. PUTTING GREEN: With provided clubs and balls, putting competition and practice is ready for you. YARD GAMES: Turf and space is provided for outdoor games. Enjoy our cornhole game found in the garage. LOUNGE AREA: Lounge chairs and a conversation set with TV offer comfortable additional comfort in the backyard. VIEW: We have great views of the Virgin Valley Mountain from the backyard area and the desert bluff from the front. Our neighborhood is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store. PARKING: We offer free parking in our 2 car garage, driveway and street parking. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 48 hours. Reach out to us if you have any questions on this. Guest access Our home is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.
