It offers direct access to hiking and biking trails, with Snowbowl only 25 minutes away. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families, it’s an ideal base for exploring or simply relaxing. Since this is my personal home, I rent it occasionally—so it’s clean, peaceful, and truly feels like home. Relax, recharge, and experience Flagstaff like a local. The space Comfortable Upstairs Space in a Duplex Home This cozy upstairs unit is part of a duplex where I live occasionally. Guests have access to a bright, open area that includes the living room, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishes, and cups. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen Murphy bed with storage, conveniently located in the living room. A private bathroom is also included. Guest access Guests have access to the upstairs unit and you should park on the left side of the driveway. During your stay I will be available by the airbnb app. I give my cellphone for calls or messages as well. Other things to note This is a duplex house and this unit is located in the upstairs. Please be mindful of noise for guests or family that might be staying downstairs.
