It is composed of: * On the ground floor, a large 80 m2 air-conditioned living area overlooking the terrace and garden, a fully equipped open kitchen (American fridge, espresso machine, etc.), a master suite with a king size bed with its shower room that offers a view and access to the garden, a children's room with 2 beds (2 single beds), another children's room with a single bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub perfect for children's baths. * Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and its own toilet. * On the basement floor, an office and a laundry room with washing machine * A garden with a 10 m x 5 m saltwater pool (no chlorine) secured by a gate, a pool house, a large trampoline, a swing, a garden house, a summer lounge equipped with a barbecue, a petanque court... This device preserves the privacy of guests but alerts hosts if the decibel level produced is repeatedly exceeded. * No smoking inside the house is allowed. * We ask that you notify us in case of damage or breakage and leave the accommodation in a proper state of cleanliness (although cleaning is included by a professional) and clean the dishes and the barbecue if there were any.
