The apartment Seeblick 1 is the right mirror-image bungalow half for 2 to 4 people and is embedded in our beautifully landscaped garden with lawn, where you can enjoy the lake view from the apartment as well as from the terrace and lawn. Our in-house private bathing area and the partially discounted, inexpensive beach is only 2-3 minutes away on foot. With us, the guest is king and we strive to fulfill their wishes and to make the vacation more beautiful. The space General: Our holiday complex Schellander is located in Auen near Velden (450 m above sea level) in a quiet area on the idyllic southern shore of Lake Wörthersee. The magnificent view of the nearby Wörthersee, as well as the proximity to our own private swimming area (3 minutes' walk away) was perceived by our guests as very pleasant. Our swimming area is a natural jewel and guests can also use our rowboat, deck chairs and parasols and a surfboard (also suitable for paddling) free of charge. Since it is partly natural reed area, access to the water is only possible via the jetty. Our mild, warm, Mediterranean climate and the close location to the lake and the forest, as well as the beautiful, unique garden invite you to relax and have a positive effect on your well-being. About the place Lake view 1 is one of 4 apartments of the Schellander holiday complex. The apartment has its own access with a separate terrace. Interior This apartment with optimal room layout and sufficient storage space has 45 sqm and includes a living room with a double bed, a sofa, dining area with armchairs (corner bench), fitted kitchen with 2 hotplates, range hood, smoke detector, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Dish towels, kitchen roll and dish soap are provided. Furthermore, a small room with a bed and a sofa, which is also extendable and can be used as a 4th bed. However, this pull-out sofa should only be used by a smaller person or a child. Bed linen is provided. Shower/toilet with hairdryer, and provided towels, toilet paper and soap dispenser. Vacuum cleaner, smoke alarm SAT TV, wall radio and safe free of charge Heating: Infrared heating and radiators provide pleasant warmth when needed. Wifi: is provided. Garden with lake view With lawn, sun loungers and parasols for free use. Barbecue: For barbecue lovers, a wood and a gas grill are at your disposal. Our private bathroom by the lake is 150 m from the property and is highly appreciated by nature lovers. Parking: Free parking is available to our guests directly at the accommodation. Bicycles or bicycle shed: 2 bikes can be used free of charge. We also have a closed, covered bicycle shed for our guests, where bicycles can be safely parked.
