Are you looking for a home away from home? Well this is it! Our kubo is a perfect place for you! Hilltop Breeze Tanay - A Kubo Staycation near Manila yet you may experience province life! Come and see the Sierra Madre mountains, breathe fresh air, relax with nature and de-stress yourself with a place like nothing compares! The space Our Kubo is a family-run Staycation, not a hotel. Not a luxurious hotel. Kindly manage your expectation as this place is within nature but the view and fresh air are worth the visit. We treat all our guests as one of our visiting relatives so feel free to experience a provincial home 😊. The Kubo can comfortably fit 2-3 persons. It has 1 queen-size bed and a single mattress with an en-suite bathroom. Excess person will need to use a camping tent outside the kubo. You can rent our tent for P400.00 which can accommodate 2 pax. If you have your own tent good for 2-3 pax, a fee of P200.00 will be charged. Maximum of 5 pax total for the entire place. 3 pax in the kubo and 2 pax in the tent. If more than 3 pax are staying, we require an additional fee of P300.00 per person in excess of 3 pax. ( Please note that we do not recommend sleeping in the overlooking deck as it gets colder at night). Guest access * Kitchenette with a portable stove (with free 1 butane per booking). Our Kitchenette is equipped with basic cooking utensils like plates, mugs, spoon and fork, kettle, pan will all be provided for you but kindly take care of all things in the kubo. * BBQ Grill * Bonfire set up is P300.00 and upon request only * We have an overlooking deck with 2 bean bags and beside is a hanging nest or hammock (can only fit 2 people) where you can see beautiful sunset. If you are lucky enough, you may witness a sea of clouds around 5-7 in the morning. * There is a gazebo/patio where you can take advantage of a morning coffee or an afternoon snacks. Other things to note Please be aware that we are in a mountainous place so the water supply is limited. We have to fill our tank and we use well-water because no water companies yet in the area. But we do have a faucet in the bathroom and a sink with faucet in the kitchen area. We are a solar-powered kubo which you can use the lights and we also have solar fan. We do not advise bringing of high-powered appliances like rice cooker, microwave oven etc. A plug is available for charging of gadgets. Please bring your own drinking water, toiletries and towels. Food and drinks are free of charge. Due to the area being inside the forest, no wi-fi connection available at the property but Smart and Globe data signals are strong in the area. A parking lot is not available in the property but there is a parking space along the main highway beside a bakery near Tasha's Food hub where it will be your pick-up point. Parking fees apply around P50.00 overnight. Our caretaker will meet you there. HOW TO COMMUTE : Ride a jeep from Cubao to Cogeo market. Ride a jeep going to Sampaloc Tanay. Just tell the driver to drop you off at Tasha's Food hub. From there, our caretaker will guide you to the kubo. To reach the kubo, there is a 7-min hike from the pin location, so please pack light.
