Featuring a beautiful new heated swimming pool (10x4), 1 hour 35 minutes from Paris, this charming 200 m2 Normandy house, close to Honfleur (10 minutes) and not overlooked, offers an idyllic setting for your weekends and holidays. The terrace and the enclosed garden (8000 m2), with a pétanque court, provide an exceptional setting to unwind. The space The accommodation includes 2 living rooms separated by a corridor. The first has a fireplace and the second has a bar and a table football game. It has 6 bedrooms, 5 doubles (2 on the ground floor) and a dormitory with 4 beds (including a pull-out bed). 3 shower rooms (1 on the ground floor), a bathroom with a bathtub, and 3 toilets (1 on the ground floor). Sheets and towels are included and are part of the price. Other things to note For safety reasons, there are security cameras outside, and an alarm inside.
