Our apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people. The apartment is located on the first floor without elevator access. - There is a bed in each room We will provide you with sheets, towels and everything you need for your stay. - The living room of this spacious apartment in Valence is composed of a coffee table, and a table available for eating or working. You can also enjoy TV, VOD services (Netflix, Canal+, Disney+, etc.) with your credentials, HIGH-SPEED Wi-Fi to relax or work. -The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed for 2 people, a TV with VOD services (Netflix, Canal+, Disney+, etc.) with your credentials, as well as a closet to store your belongings during your stay. A desk is also available for work. Linens and towels are also provided so you can relax in peace, they are not changed for the duration of your stay. -The 2nd bedroom is also equipped with a comfortable double bed for 2 people, as well as a closet to store your belongings during your stay. Linens and towels are also provided. -The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to prepare your meals and feel at home. You will find all the necessary utensils for cooking, as well as a coffee maker to prepare different types of coffee and a selection of teas for a relaxing break. The kitchen is also equipped with a washer-dryer, so you can wash and dry your laundry during your stay. So you can travel light and fully enjoy your stay. -The bathroom is equipped with a shower, as well as a sink and toilet. Towels and a hair dryer are provided for your convenience. -There is also a balcony for smoking or enjoying the sun. Please note that this is a non-smoking home, no vaping, no parties, no pets, no overcrowding. Therefore, if our teams discover the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, butts etc...), we reserve the right to demand a fine of a minimum amount of €300.00. Please respect this instruction. We will not hesitate to keep your security deposit if we notice any damage in the accommodation. We also want to assure you that the apartment is systematically cleaned and disinfected before each tenant to ensure a pleasant and safe stay. We ask that you take care of the apartment during your stay and leave it clean and tidy before your departure. Please note that check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is at 11am. However, we will do our best to accommodate you earlier or allow you to stay later if possible and subject to availability.
