Keep it simple at this centrally-located home away from home. A newly renovated basement apartment that has all the basics. We are close to I10 for easy travel. There are many lakes/reservoirs within 30 minutes. Our famous lagoon amusement/water park is located in Farmington as well as Farmington station for sophisticated shopping, only 15 miles away. Many great restaurants in the area as well. We do live upstairs and have a children/dogs running around you might hear some noise. This spacious two bedroom, one bath and a full-size kitchen basement apartment has all the basics. An open layout from kitchen dining room to living room with canned bright white lighting giving you the daytime brightness. We have a big comfy sectional couch that you can cozy into to watch your favorite movies. The kitchen is small, but has all the basics to get you by and if it doesn’t let us know and we will take care of it. The master bedroom has a king size bed and dresser with a closet the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet. This apartment has a covered separate entrance on south side of the house privacy coming and going. There is a key pad entry for your convince checking in and checking out. I work from home and will be available most days if you need anything. We will leave our guest to their privacy unless they would like interactions or if they have questions I am more than happy to assist. Our street is very quit our neighbors are extremely friendly and kind. We have not experienced any crime in the area. We love it here! Parking is on the left side of the house on the cement pad next to the house. Please do not block the garage. You are also welcome to park on the Steet but do not block the mail boxes. We live in friendly neighborhood. Even though we live on the Main Street it is pretty quiet. This basement apartment does get cold. We have space heaters available for each room to adjust the temperature for your comfort. If you need extra amenities for babies or small children please let us know it advance.
