The gîte consists of 3 bedrooms and shared spaces with an architectural agency: - a living room (third places) - a terrace - a coworking space The rooms have the comfort of a Hotel. We are an agency with 4 architects. - independent entrance - extra sheets (10e) per bed - tea and coffee provided - coworking space The space You will have 3 bedrooms upstairs with a very nice ceiling height and stunning views of the Meurthe Valley. The 3 bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate toilet as well as a kitchenette. Each room has a private fridge, dining table and wardrobe. Facilities for children are available, folding bed, toy, high chair upon request. Cyclists are welcome. We have private parking in front of the house. The accommodation is non-smoking. - You will find all types of shops 3 km away. - The famous Place Stanislas is only 30 min by bike or 15 min by car/bus - Numerous bike trails (Moselle loops) and hiking trails from the house. - A large house in a green and rural setting Other things to note The house is entirely built with selected materials, reclaimed materials and biomaterials. The floors are made of linen and wood and the paints are ecological. The house is bioclimatic, we offer good summer and winter comfort with little energy expenditure. We are vigilant about water recovery and use. Access is autonomous thanks to a smart lock.
