Walking distance to Roma St Station, Suncorp Stadium, the restaurants and bars of Caxton Street, Queen St Mall, Southbank, Botanic Gardens and more. We’ve been both hosts and guests for years and love living in Brisbane - we look forward to hosting you and sharing our local knowledge to make your trip perfect! The space The views are stunning! You can enjoy them from almost everywhere in the apartment - the bedroom and the little reading nook, the large sofa/sofa bed, the coffee bar with stools or from the dining table with gorgeous new early settler chairs. The apartment has a well equipped kitchenette with hobs, dishwasher, and a combined convection oven and microwave. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower, with great water pressure. There’s also dedicated working desk and high speed wifi. There is free parking available in the underground on site car park. The spaces are not allocated so we can’t 100% guarantee you’ll get a spot, but we have never had an issue finding one. There’s other parking available nearby though. Please note the car park is quite tight, so some skill is needed if you have a very large car. There is paid communal laundry available in the apartment block, with $3 each for washing and drying.
