Take advantage of its immediate proximity to the A150 (Rouen <> Yvetot axis) or the Paul Vauquelin sports complex. The Autonomous Port of Rouen and the Mont-Saint-Aignan academic campus are within a 10-minute drive. 3 bedrooms, a large open living space and a landscaped garden/private parking are at your disposal. The space The Briqueterie de Maromme is fully equipped and offers space for a pleasant stay during your business or personal trips. It consists of: [On the ground floor]: - Living room: 1 table, benches and chairs, sofa bed (for 2 people) and 2 armchairs; fireplace; cable TV/Netflix/Spotify streaming site - Kitchen: equipped with oven, microwave, induction cooktop and dishwasher; filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster, raclette machine and maxi electric grill - Laundry Room / Cellar: refrigerator - A separate toilet [On the 1st floor]: - Bathroom – 1st floor: shower and sink; washer and dryer; changing table and hair dryer - Bedroom 1 "Binche" - 1st floor (for 3 people): 1 double bed and 1 single bunk bed; desk; 4-compartment storage - Separate toilet [On the 2nd floor]: - Bedroom 2 "Norderstedt" – 2nd floor (for 3 pers.): 3 single beds; individual cube storage - Bedroom 3 "Signa" – 2nd floor (for 2 pers.) in a row: 1 double bed; desk; large built-in storage closets Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation, its amenities as well as the fenced garden and private open parking. Other things to note - CHECK-IN: Check-in time from 5pm. Self check-in: you can arrive at any time by picking up the keys from a key box. - ACCOMMODATION: Private parking spaces. Beds made on your arrival. Bath towels and kitchen towels are provided. Soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and garbage bags are also available. Heating is central.
