We know you will agree. This sweet suite is an exceptional find. Birch Suite is a fully furnished 1 Br/1Bth room apartment suite that is fully furnished. Located on the lower level of Colden Lodge this suite has lots of privacy, a hot tub, and umbrella covered high-top table with two chairs in summer. PET POLICY: We are pleased to welcome your dog, cat or hedgehog under the following conditions: 1. You agree to bring appropriate bedding or a blanket to protect our furniture and bedding from shedding pets. 2. The pet(s) may not be left in the cottage alone unless kenneled AND prior arrangements are made. You can leave the hedgehog alone. 3. You agree to clean up all poop when you walk your pet on the property and in the neighborhood. 4. You agree to keep all pets leashed at all times (including hedgehogs) while on the property. 5. You agree that pets must not be allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair or quills found on the furniture will result in an additional cleaning fee and/or loss of any security deposit. 6. A flat fee of $75.00 will be charged per pet with prior approval of owner required for more than one pet. 7. Any damage caused by your pet will be subject to a loss claim. 8. You agree that you accept these terms and conditions when you bring your wonderful pet. 9. Please just be respectful of others. The whole suite is yours and you will have no shared guest accesses other than the occasional deer. Bring apples so they stop eating all of the flowers. Someone is almost always on the property to help out or answer any questions you might have. Birch Suite at Colden Lodge and our two cabins are located in a quiet bedroom community. Many homes are owner occupied and we hope and expect that each of our guests strive to maintain the natural beauty and quietness of the neighborhood. If you want to go nuts there are plenty of bars just 1 mile away. We might even join you. The village is only 1 mile away. Lake Placid is 8 miles.
