The Ixian Emerald Guest House

The Ixian Emerald Guest House is a spacious, bright and peaceful house located in the Ixia bay. Your walk to the beautiful beach, splendid at sunset is only 3 minutes while a green forest area is spreading in the back of the house towards the Tris hill. The house is fully equipped with electric cooking appliances for a creative stay. A big supermarket is only 2 minutes away as well as the bus stops to the city of Rhodes and the western coast locations. Ideal for groups up to 6 members. The unique advantages of the Ixian Emerald Guest House derive from its location with proximity to both the beach and the green (hunting in the past) area of Ixia. The light and sense of openness and transparency along with the comfortable, spacious rooms create a special, authentic atmosphere. The newness of the construction is also a big plus offering you a sense of freshness which is additionally supported by all the facilities at your disposal in the big kitchen, living room, bath room and of course the three bedrooms. This guesthouse's atmosphere is highly openhearted and islandic with its decoration inspired by the sea all around and warm colours in the rooms. Guests have access to the whole ground floor area with a spacious open plan kitchen and living room as well as a WC. This includes the use of the dining area, all electric appliances and crockery available and indicated. On the first floor, the master bedroom, Rhodia and Celestia bedrooms and accompanying storing closets are available as well as the big bathroom in between the rooms. A big, quiet balcony accessible by both bedrooms is at the guests' disposal and relaxation. This is a beautiful, recently- constructed residential area in the wider Ixian Bay area. It consists mainly of luxurious, spacious maisonettes and houses with short walk-distance to shops, cafes and of course the beach as well as the hillside forest area of Tris. There are plenty of restaurants offering local and international cuisine, unique tavernas and trattorias close to the neighbourhood and wider Ialyssos region. You are also very close to unique sightseeing locations like the Filerimos hill with the medieval church, monastery and Cross, the Kritika picturesque settlement and at the same time only 5 minutes drive from down town Rhodes and the medieval city. This is a unique, quiet and lively at the same time, location which can offer a special advantage ("having it all" in one combination) and added value to your holidays! This is a newly built residential area at the outskirts of Rhodes town and Ialyssos. Getting around the neighbourhood is easy by car, local busses (frequent schedules from town to western coast villages that all stop at the main avenue, just 100 minutes from the Ixian Emerald Guesthouse) and motorcycles and bicycles , if you like. There is parking space for your rented car just outside the house (especially allocated space). Please note that air conditions units for cooling, will be installed in January 2024. However, the house is already equipped with central heating unit.
