The space Located within a 3 minute drive from the beach, this 3 BD/2BA house that sleeps 8 has everything you need. This quiet beach retreat house can sleep 8 people comfortably. If you decide to spend your evenings at home, we have a fully equipped kitchen and a big dining table. Stocked with different family games, a vinyl player with some of our favorites, Playstation 4, outdoor string lights - we hope your vacation is as pleasant and relaxing as possible. - We provide high speed internet for work or pleasure - A fully equipped kitchen makes your at-home meals a bit easier - A starter pack of basic amenities like coffee, tp, paper towels, laundry pods, dish pods, etc. - 2 community pools on the premises to enjoy some time away from the beach - Shipwreck water park is only 5 minute walk. Please do not park on the street. Entry: Use your personal access pin to gain access to the house. Your pin will be emailed/messaged to you a few days prior to your arrival. To unlock: 1. Press the "Yale" logo to activate. 2. Enter your pin code 3. Press the check icon in the lower left corner. To lock: 1. Press the "Yale" logo to lock 2. -OR- door self locks after 2 minutes. Other things to note Pet Policy: We know how important it is to experience your family get away with your furry friend. This is a dog friendly house if the dog is house broken, safe, and doesn't excessively bark - we want to be respectful to our space and our neighbors. We ask that dogs not be left alone loose - a crate would suffice. Guests MUST notify if they are going to have a pet. Additionally, there will be a $150 cleaning fee. - one dog allowed per stay - must be 25 lbs or less CLEANING FEE The cleaning fee allows for basic cleaning service (vacuum, mop, dusting, laundry, dishes, towel service, etc.) Should there be any excessive cleaning needed due to your usage, owner reserves the right to charge additional. NO SMOKING Absolutely no smoking on this property. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning no less than $300. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Please abide by the check in and out times of 3pm CT and 10am CT respectively. It’s imperative that we have time to clean between guests. We will offer early check in by request when available. Unfortunately, late check outs will be billed at the rate of $50 per hour to reimburse our cleaning team for their time. NO PARTIES/EVENTS Please respect our home and treat it as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. There are cameras outside by the front door and the rear door for your safety and security. They record 24/7 but are not actively monitored during your stay out of respect for your privacy. The subdivision is gated from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am and there is a security guard on duty. You will be provided a gate access code a few days prior to your arrival with your check-in instructions.
