The master bedroom, nestled on the main level, boasts a luxurious king bed and a smart TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a private deck, allowing you to immerse yourself in the tranquil lake vista. The master bath pampers you with a double sink vanity and a generously sized walk-in shower. It's furnished with a queen sofa sleeper, perfect for both peaceful slumbering and lively family entertainment, be it playing games or watching movies. Your lakeside retreat awaits, promising a rejuvenating experience like no other. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home including garage, yard, and access to Village Lake. (permits required for fishing) *Please note: The kayaks stored in the garage are for owner use only and are not available to guests.* Other things to note Fishing Permits are required if planning to use the lake to fish. They can be acquired from the PLPOA Admin office (230 Port Ave.) or the Pagosa Lakes Rec Center (45 Eagles Loft Cir.) You can call the admin office (m-f 8am-5pm) ahead of time, pay over the phone with a credit card, and pick up your passes at your convenience. No swimming is permitted in the lakes as lake weed is prevalent and can snag a person. Small boats are allowed with permit. There is a pet fee of $45, with a limit of two pets, and pets must weigh 40 lbs less. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest. HEATING & COOLING: Thermostat is located by kitchen on wall right side of pantry. Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction. Should guests be visiting during winter months expect snow! Please ensure the vehicle you are using has 4-wheel drive capabilities. Refunds will not be issued because of weather. (Unless previously discussed and authorized by management.) Pagosa Springs is historic in nature and is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest. Hiking trails, views, adventure and journeys all await the wondering guest. We like to boast the most snow in Colorado and we happen to be the location for the world's deepest geo-thermal Mother Spring. There is no end to the adventure here for the daily traveler.
