It is composed of a living room/equipped kitchen area, a separate bedroom, and an east-facing terrace, to enjoy your meals outdoors. It is ideally located in the very center of Marseille, a 5-minute walk from the Old Port and Cours Julien, a lively area (Restaurant, Grocery store, Bars...). The Metro and Tram are located 3 minutes from the apartment. The space The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances: glass-ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator with freezer, Senseo coffee maker, mixer arm, toaster, kettle. The living room area is equipped with a sofa bed with a comfortable chaise longue that will allow you to relax in peace and cool, thanks to the air conditioning, and will offer you the possibility to sleep 4 in the accommodation once unfolded (the accommodation does not have a TV). It is accompanied by a very comfortable rattan armchair. The bedroom has a comfortable standard bed, and leads directly to the bathroom in which a large corner bathtub awaits you for pleasant moments of relaxation. A washing machine is also available to guests. Finally, the terrace is sunny in the morning and in the shade in the evening. It will allow you to enjoy the mild weather of Marseille while enjoying your breakfast. Please note that barbecues are not allowed in the building.
