Hygge in Schilksee

Hjertelig velkommen / Welcome to our hyggelig little apartment in Kiel Schilksee/Olympiazentrum. Ideal for up to 2 adults and possibly 1 child. View to the west: into the countryside and wonderful sunsets! The harbor/beach promenade with nice restaurants, small shops & various specialty stores is reached via an overpass directly in front of the house. In the immediate vicinity is a nice playground. We rent purely privately (no commercial activity). The space Cozy, simple & small apartment with shower bath, kitchenette & sitting area, sofa bed, pull-out bed and balcony to the west. A large closet offers space to store everything. Bed linen and towels as well as a picnic blanket are included in the price. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, mobile two-burner induction stove and dishes/utensils. Coffee maker, kettle, small oven, cleaning utensils, high chair, etc. are located in the small storage room. No animals allowed. Other things to note Apartment is small but nice and in a great location. Limited parking is available for tenants only. Otherwise, it is hopeless to get a parking space there during the season. The apartment is an absolute non-smoking apartment. However, there is an ashtray on the balcony. In consideration of the following guests, we ask that you keep the balcony door closed while using the ashtray! Thank you all. One set of towels (bath towel, hand towel and guest towel) is included per guest and stay. Please refrain from using these towels outside the apartment and bring your own beach towels/bath towels or use the picnic blanket provided for use, which is located in the storage room. A universal charging cable (Apple [Lightning], Micro-USB, USB-C) with matching charger and a few books for a cozy evening are in the drawer of the dining table. Notes for travelers with young children: A high chair is available and if required we can gladly provide a bed rail for the pull-out bed. In principle, however, the apartment is not prepared for small children. This means, for example, that the sockets do not have additional touch protection. Or that the balcony railing can exert an increased attraction for climbing. In any case, increased attention from fellow travelers is required here.
