A beautifully restored Victorian house in Surbiton has a light, clean room with a small double (4ft) bed waiting for you! The house under went a total renovation in 21/22. Stylish and modern with a nod to the houses original origins dating back to 1890. The house is off the secondary high street in Surbiton with Sainsburys 20 seconds walk away and an abundance of bars, restaurants and coffee shops equally as close. The station is around 7/8 mins with fast trains into central every 5/10 mins!! The space Modern and newly renovated, everything in our house is modern and brand new! Your room has a small double bed (4ft) complete with Emma hybrid mattress, 300 thread count bed sheets, white fluffy towels, snack basket and filtered water! Guest access You will have access to your super clean, bright bedroom with chest of drawers, wardrobe with hangers, a tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Now TV. We have a beautiful sunny garden for you to enjoy. You are welcome to use the kitchen for breakfast and light cooking. We have the main bathroom which is shared with us with a bath and rainfall shower and a second cloakroom toilet. During your stay We are happy to help with any local recommendations and things to do in London. We are experts on great pubs and places to visit! We are very friendly and sociable and happy to interact as much or little as you please. Other things to note We have a beautiful, friendly dog who loves people and attention!
