The space 🏡 A unique place to meet and recharge Welcome to the Domaine du COQ en PAT, an ideal group cottage for 13 to 15 people in Auvergne. Whether it's a stay with friends, family or a business seminar, our house is designed to offer you calm, comfort and reconnection to nature. 🌿 In the heart of the Livradois-Forez Natural Park Located between Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, our estate welcomes you in a preserved environment, conducive to relaxation and shared moments. The place is shared with people staying in unusual accommodation and ourselves who live in the house adjoining the gite. The cottage is composed as follows: 🛏️ Spacious and warm accommodation of 220 m2 ✅ 5 comfortable bedrooms (3 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom and 1 quadruple bedroom). Sheets are provided, beds made. However, towels are extra. ✅ 4 modern bathrooms, 5 toilets ✅ A friendly and warm living space with sofas, large friendly table, cooking piano, 2 fridges. 🔥 In winter: Take advantage of the wood-burning stove for warm evenings (wood provided?). ☀️ In summer: Terrace, petanque court, barbecue, deckchairs to relax in the sun. 💦 A wellness and nature area ✨ 25 m natural pool. The swimming pool is not treated with chlorine or salt. It is a natural pool (filtration by plants associated with a filtration/pumping system). The swimming pool is used by both the vacation rental, people staying in unusual accommodation and ourselves. 🔥 Sauna & Nordic bath for relaxing moments 🐑 An on-site farm for immersion closer to nature: donkey, ponies, chickens, sheep, goats. 📍 Great for groups & seminars We also welcome companies with spaces suitable for seminars and a customizable offer. On site, we offer archery game (team archery games): €15 per person 🛶 Things to do nearby Mountain biking, hiking, tree climbing, cultural tours, markets, lakes...
