Living room has Sofa Bed that can sleep one person. Other things to note Strictly No Parties. Strictly No Smoking inside the house. Shoes off the Carpet. Please observe quiet times. Please respect neighbors. Only 4 Cars are allowed by 9PM. 100 Pet Fee. $250 Smoking Fee.
