Only 30 minutes away from the Beaches of 30A, Vortex Springs and more. PETS welcome! The space Happy Victorian is located 190 S. 13th Street in Defunaik Springs, FL Historic District. Our recently renovated home of 24000 sq ft comfortably hosts 8 adults, 2 children, 1 toddler and up to 2 dogs (with pet fee paid and homeowners approval prior to book). Minimum age requirement to book is 30 yrs of age. About our accommodating space: Our Front Master Bedroom offers 1 king bed, 4 drawer dresser, vanity/desk duo, 50” 4k Roku Smart TV and a large walk-in closet (large enough for pac-n-play for toddlers sleeping space). (Sleeps 2 adults 1 toddler) Shared bath with other guests. Rear Master Bedroom offers 1 king bed, 4 drawers dresser, vanity/desk duo, 55”4k Roku TV, 2 door access large walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. (Sleeps 2 adults) Bunk Room offers twin over twin bunk beds, 4 drawer dresser, 43”4k Roku TV, reach in closet and even sitting space so kids can have their own separate lounge area! As well as views of backyard and street views. (Sleeps 2 children, bed not for adults) Den offers our Queen Murphy bed, small walk in closet, 50” 4k Roku TV and full access to backyard/patio. With sliding bar door to ensure a comfortable sleep for guests!( sleeps 2 adults) Front living room offers a pull-out Queen sofa sleeper, 72”4k Roku TV and front access to porch. Being an Old Historic Cottage, all doors are able to shut to ensure complete privacy and comfort for a guests sleep. (Sleeps 2 adults) Kitchen is fully equipped for all guests! All pots/pans, bakeware, cooking utensils, plates/bowls, Samsung 5- Burner stove/oven, dishwasher, French door refrigerator with ice and water, Nutribullet, tea kettle and 4-slice toasters are available for guests during stay. Even a quaint coffee station providing a Keurig duo single-pod or 12 cup pot to start your mornings or end your nights! Office space is located in the back with beautiful backyard views! All doors are able to close off this 2 desk office space to provide a peaceful and quiet workspace. Making that 4 desks and work spaces throughout the home! Laundry includes full size washer and dryer- no charge. Amenities provide for stay (laundry soap, dryer sheets). Ironing board in laundry and a streamer in front master closet. Front porch views are enjoyed with our 2 small patio tables and 2 large benches. Allowing 8 guests to enjoy our quiet neighborhood views. Backyard Patio provided 4 large 2 seater lounge chairs allowing guests to enjoy our propane fire pit. The 10 guests seating picnic tables comes with our propane grill for outdoor entertainment. (Guests are responsible for filling 2 tanks provided during stay- Walmart is a quick 5 minute drive to do so). Our compact car sized Garage is perfect for beach/ lake gear during y’all’s stay! Pets: Our Historic District is very pet-friendly and only a short walk away. Please keep your pups on a leash and clean up after your pups, as we love our pet-friendly neighborhood and would love to keep it that way! Thank you!
