House with 2 bedrooms and an upstairs

Come and relax in the countryside, in this spacious accommodation, 1 hour from Paris, 15 minutes from the center of Chartres, in a village with a castle bordered by a park and forests. Family house furnished with original furniture, updated: living room with fireplace, sofa bed, new kitchen, open to the dining room. Upstairs 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4-5) and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. Small private courtyard to get some air. The space The kitchen and dining room are adjoining the premises of our agricultural employee. So you can hear the sound of his door during his breaks. My husband is a farmer and the accommodation we rent is the house next to our farm. Other things to note I do not charge a cleaning fee, so there are two options for you: either you clean before your departure or there is an additional cost (30 euros for short stays (2 to 3 nights) and 50 euros for others).
