The kitchen is fully stocked for your family meals and the dining table provides ample space for you to sit and talk with your loved ones at dinner. After dinner, step out onto the back patio that faces the gorgeous mountain and take a seat around the fireplace to enjoy the majestic sunsets and beautiful Mountain View’s. This private, and serene retreat is also close to amazing restaurants and less than two miles from grocery stores, Starbucks, shopping, and the Stardance Event Center! Other things to note ** We offer an option to heat the pool during daytime hours during the cooler months. There is a $35/day pool heating fee that is required to heat the pool. Please let us know if you'd like the pool heated.** ***** The pool will NOT be heated between the dates of May 15th - September 15th. ***** While there should be no problem heating the pool, unforeseen weather or equipment malfunction may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay. In the rare event the pool heater does not work and you paid the pool heating fee, you would be refunded the $35/day pool heating fee. .** We are happy to allow up to maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Sorry, we do not allow other types of pets. Guests must alert us prior to arrival if they are bringing their dog(s), please do not forget to add your pets to your booking request. There is an additional $35/ night PER dog pet fee that will be sent as an additional money request. This must be paid prior to check-in. Guests will be responsible for any and all damages caused by their pets. Guests are to pick up and dispose of any pet excrement, otherwise a $200 cleaning fee will be applied after check-out for any waste found. A $100 pet fee will be applied for any non-disclosed pets that are on the property FOR ANY DURATION, IN ADDITION TO the nightly pet fee. The pet fee covers the additional cleaning that is needed after your stay to keep our home clean and comfortable for all guests. **
