Our newly updated waterfront estate features two homes on a rare sand-beach property, set along one of Southern Ontario’s most beautiful shorelines. With sweeping lake views, this is a place to slow down, reconnect, and create meaningful memories together. Both homes may be rented as one for families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. This is a peaceful, family-friendly retreat with quiet hours after 10pm. Well-behaved pets are welcome. The space Main Waterfront House - The main house is an open-concept, light-filled waterfront home set on a private 2-acre property. It offers comfortable gathering spaces, beautiful lake views, and two fireplaces — one in the main living area and another in the lower-level bar space — ideal for relaxing evenings and year-round stays. Please note: the main level includes a powder room only. Bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs and require climbing approximately 15 stairs, so guests should be comfortable using stairs. Rustic Bunkhouse - The bunkhouse is a single-level, rustic cottage with easy access and just one small step up to the sunroom deck. The open living space features two seating areas, a wood-burning fireplace, and a kitchen, creating a cozy place to gather. All three bedrooms and both bathrooms are located at the back of the home, offering added privacy and a quiet place to rest. Perfect for Groups - Together, the two homes share outdoor space and beach access while offering separate living areas — ideal for extended families, multi-generational stays, or friends traveling together who want both connection and privacy. Guest access Waterfront House - Private driveway parking for 4+ vehicles. Guests have full, private access with secure keyless entry for a smooth arrival. Bunkhouse - Private driveway parking for 2 vehicles, with full, private access and keyless, contactless entry. We’re local and easily reachable by call or message if you need anything during your stay. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request — just ask in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
