"Casa di Giò" is located within the Baia degli Asfodeli, in a beautiful pine forest facing the sea. The house, renovated at the end of 2022, has all the comforts you need to make a family or couple's holiday pleasant and is located close to the most famous beaches of southern Sardinia and 5 minutes driving from the village of Pula. The garden is private, the context is quiet, and the beach is never crowded. There is private parking. Peace, relaxation and outdoor life are guaranteed. The space Casa di Giò is spread over two floors. The two entrances on the ground floor are front and back, overlooking the two private, unfenced gardens and the private parking area. The front part of the house, which overlooks the pine forest leading to the sea, has a private terrace equipped for eating al fresco. At the same time, the garden has a space equipped with deckchairs for sunbathing and relaxing. At the rear, there is an outdoor shower. The living area is on the ground floor with a kitchen, dining room, service bathroom and a spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all appliances are new, purchased at the end of 2022. The equipment includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and glasses. Smart TV and Wi-fi allow you to enjoy streaming services. On the upper floor is a large master bedroom with a view of the pine forest and the sea, a small bedroom with two cots that can be joined to make a double bed, and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided, and we clean using tools that guarantee maximum hygiene, such as a mite-proof UV hoover and a steam broom. Casa di Giò is a terraced house located in the Baia degli Asfodeli, where my family has always spent its summer holidays. We renovated the house in 2022 to give it a new lease of life, making it more welcoming for us, our granddaughters and our guests. The location is excellent for exploring the south of Sardinia and reaching the beautiful beaches of Chia, Nora and Tuerredda in a few minutes. Still, we also enjoy the tranquillity of the free beach in front of the house and the nearby equipped beaches within easy walking distance. For golf enthusiasts, there is the Is Molas Golf Club just a few minutes away. The beautiful town of Pula, with all its amenities, supermarkets and shops, is also a five-minute drive away.
