Walking distance to Piedmont Park, MARTA, BeltLine, museums, arts, theater, shopping, restaurants and night life. Near other great neighborhoods like Downtown, Old 4th Ward, Little Five Points, and Inman Park. 1 block from a convenience store, 0.7 mi. to Starbucks and Trader Joes. The space Classic 1920 Craftsman. Recently renovated kitchen opens to dining area and has a great flow for entertaining and allows for flexible uses. High ceilings and hardwood floors on first floor throughout common area, fenced back yard, deck, and an inviting screened-in porch all add to the charm of this home. Two bedrooms downstairs both with memory foam queen size beds. One master bathroom shared by both rooms. An additional 1/2 bath off the living room. Large private guest bedroom upstairs with king sized bed plus two single beds on second floor away from traffic with a bathroom, shower, desk, and closet. Quiet and dark for sleeping. Please note: the entire second floor is a finished attic and has carpeting. In the center, the ceilings are 7' 3.5" and angle down to 21" at each side. Maybe not the best space for someone that is tall and doesn't like low ceilings. Although, we have had 6'7” guests who managed just fine and love the space. FYI - Stairwell is steep as well and could be a challenge for children or people that struggle with stairs. Luggage racks, large closet and dresser for your clothes, and a desk for catching up on email and surfing the web on high speed Fiber wifi. Flat screen T.V. as well with Amazon Fire TV stick. No cable T.V. or live streaming options to watch live sports. Guest access Our house is your house. Please make yourself at home. Appliances, like fridge, washer, dryer, coffee maker, espresso machine, microwave, and TVs are yours to use. Other things to note First-aid kit is in the pantry, tall cabinet right of the fridge. Extra toilet paper on ground level is both in the ½ bathroom and under the master bathroom sinks. Extra toilet paper upstairs is under the sink in the bathroom and in the bathroom cabinets to the right when entering the bathroom. Some cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink for minor spills. The grill is available for use as well. Be sure to clean it well before you leave and triple check that the gas has been turned off. Fire pit in backyard - please recover it when you leave if used.
