Even though the majority of this property is still under rehab, it’s a great place to stay, and this unit has been completely redone. The pictures do not overstate it. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, but not a dishwasher. There is an attached laundry room and work desk that is for your private use and a large flatscreen TV for your enjoyment. It is also equipped with a brand new mini split system for heating and cooling, which has a separate thermostat for the bedroom and a separate thermostat for the living room. Guest access You will have access to one covered parking and shared access to the west courtyard. All inside area of the unit shown in photos is private to guest with private entrance.
