The community offers a beautiful swimming pool, half basketball court, beach volleyball, playground, game room, fitness center & more Other things to note Gate Access; All drivers need to get registered in GateHouse by host to access the gate. POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT 1-Cost: $60 per day. 2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days. 3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F. 4-Must be requested 48h in advance. 5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated. 6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Grill: Optional at $85/stay. PARKING: 6 cars is allowed: 2 cars can be parked in the garage and 4 cars on the driveway. No parking is allowed on the street or on the grass. USPS doesn't provide service in this community. Only UPS or Fedex can deliver to the house. Trash Pickup: Trash is picked up five times a week. No trash pickup service on Sunday and Wednesday. Guests are expected to put trash/recycling in 13 gallon trash bags and put packed trash in the trash bin at the front door. NO LOOSE TRASH IS ALLOWED IN THE TRASH BIN ($75 fine will be charged if loose trash a is found in the trash bin). Camera: NO SECURITY CAMEARA INSIDE THE HOUSE. The ring door bell at the front door and the cameras on both sides of the exterior walls will be on during your stay.
