DINING ROOM: Dining table for 6 people LIVING ROOM: Couch, two reading chairs, Papasan chair MASTER BEDROOM: Downstairs, Queen bed, Dresser, Sleeps 2, LAUNDRY ROOM: Full size washer and dryer with detergent for guest use BATHROOM: Shower/Tub combo LOFT/GUEST BEDROOM: Two twin beds GUEST BEDROOM: Queen size bed, bathroom with standup shower OUTDOORS: Gas grill, Solo stove, Fire pit(guests provide firewood), Hammock Guest access Guest have access to the entire home Check-in details will be available the day before check-in Guests will access the property with the front door smart lock Other things to note Being in the mountains means we are on a septic system so PLEASE only flush toilet paper in the toilet. The system cannot handle anything else. PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: Max 2 dogs. We do not charge a pet fee. We request guests with pets to bring pet blankets for your pets to use when staying at the home. Any extra deep cleaning that is incurred due to non compliance will be the responsibly of the guest. Any damage found during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest to fix or replace the broken item.
