Located in the heart of downtown Saugatuck, only steps from restaurants, galleries, and parks, you will love the location of this property! Sprawled across one level, Handsome Fellow offers plenty of space for your group to enjoy. The large kitchen has many original "retro" elements that bring character to this downtown cottage. Cook up a meal and step out on the screen porch where you can eat in the warm summer breeze. The living room provides space to gather while streaming your favorite shows or the latest movie. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house, Handsome Fellow.  Quaint, cute, and everything you need for a quick getaway to Saugatuck/Douglas. The guest house, A Quiet Lad, is an open room studio featuring a kitchenette, sitting area, sleeping area with queen bed, TV with FireTV, and a full bathroom with shower tub combo. Head out the French doors to the deck where you can relax in the sunshine with your morning coffee or evening beverage.  The outdoor space at this property is just lovely. A spacious screen porch with dining space is the ideal space to enjoy a meal in the summer. Both cottages have dedicated deck space overlooking the spacious backyard. This yard is great for your furry friends to enjoy as it's fully fenced-in.  Enjoy a flat walk to Wicks Park, less than 2 blocks away, where you can watch the boats float by on the river or take the Chain Ferry across the river for some hiking at Mt. Baldhead or a day at Oval Beach. Downtown Saugatuck has an abundance of restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, and art galleries - there is something for everyone to enjoy.  Please Note:  The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The guest house is a studio with a full bathroom. Each TV comes equipped with Smart capabilities so you can log in to your apps and stream your favorite shows. There is no cable service to the home.  This home is dog-friendly with a $100 per dog fee. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property except the locked owner closets.
