This 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse with a loft is close to downtown Buena Vista, hikes, the Arkansas River and 14ers. Rafting companies are all around us. Soak at one of the 3 hot springs resorts less than 20 minutes away. Relax indoors with the TV and high speed Wifi or board games. Mountain bikes, fishing gear or skis will be safe in our garage. Wedding at Orpheum or Surf Hotel? Our sister property, Buena Vista Home Base, is next door and can be rented as well for large groups. The space Light and airy describes our property perfectly. Tons of windows let in natural light and provide ventilation on warm days. Although we don’t have AC (like most homes in BV) the bedrooms all have ceiling fans and each closet has an additional fan to move more air. Because of the elevation, it cools down at night so we also have blankets in case you feel the night chill. Add in a well-equipped kitchen and outdoor dining space with a grill and fire pit and you have the perfect place to hang out between adventures or just relax. Our new second floor deck gives us excellent views of the sunset over Mt. Princeton to end your day on a high note. Guest access This property is one side of a duplex. You have complete access to that side including parking for one car in the driveway and access to a single car garage and a private, fully fenced backyard. We also have additional street parking on the side of the property if you have a trailer. Other things to note 1 mile to Main Street to shops, restaurants and the free Meadow Creek shuttle. 1 mile to South Main and the Arkansas River.
