We will be happy to welcome you to our Villa, located in a very peaceful and quiet environment; it has three large rooms with: air conditioning in every room, ultra-fast connection, 65" UHD smart TV, large and equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, large balconies, outdoor green space and free parking. The space At the entrance, you will have access to the hallway where you will find all the information about the property. On your right, you will have a space dedicated to the kitchen with a table that can accommodate 8 guests, very large and equipped with everything you need for a quality and carefree stay! Proceeding, we will find ourselves in the living area with two comfortable sofa beds, a large table that can accommodate you and your friends for an aperitif, a 65" UHD smart TV where you can enjoy one of your favorite series with the highest quality; all in an environment rich in colors and fine finishes. From the living area, you have immediate access to the outdoor green area where you can enjoy moments of relaxation. Going up to the first floor you will have access to the sleeping area with three spacious suites, two of which have super comfortable king size beds, which will allow you to recharge your batteries in view of a new and adventurous day in our beloved Emilia. The third suite has two single beds, very comfortable and that will guarantee you a quality rest. To complete the picture, there will be three toilets, one for each floor, always sanitized with the best products and the best service. Guest access Access to the property is very simple: simply send a message to the host when you arrive at the gate, and you will receive the code that lets you access the lockbox containing the house keys. Therefore, check-in is completely autonomous and flexible; everything will be explained to you in detail so you can have a carefree stay! Checkout must completed by 10 a.m., please put the keys back in the lockbox. Other things to note The tourist tax (not included in the final price) is €4 per night for each guest over 12 years of age, and it is requested for a maximum of 10 nights.
