There is a lockbox located next to front door. Other things to note Listing Notes: - Please note that the oven is non-functional and is used for kitchen storage. Gas stove top is fully functional. - Cabin is located in the mountains. Please be aware of potentially dangerous wildlife especially at night. - Outdoor patio lights are on a timer. Please do not change the timer settings. Please ensure lights are plugged in prior to departing. - Cameras are present outside the shop that record video. For security purposes these are placed at entrance and parking lot area. No cameras are located inside or around the cabin. - Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors. - If you decide to hike into Mueller State Park, please go to the entrance and buy the appropriate day pass. - Guest is required to sign a rental agreement before their stay is confirmed. The rental agreement will be sent after booking however a preview is available upon request. Acceptance of the rental agreement is required 2 days prior to the start of the stay. - Reservations may be canceled by the host if agreement has not been signed within the noted timeframe. - Owner of cabin has business workshop on property. He may be working in the shop during your stay, feel free to stop in and say hi.
