Paradise Retreat with Hot Tub

Your private sanctuary is nestled in scenic Topanga Canyon. The studio has a private deck with stunning views of the glorious mountains and forestry. 15 minutes from the beach. 5 minutes from the town of Topanga. This bright and beautiful newly renovated studio has everything a guest could ask for. Queen bed, shower/tub, full air bed, T.V. , wi-fi, double hot plate, Microwave/air fryer. Refrigerator, espresso machine, and so much more. Please note 3rd guest will stay in an airbed. The space Quaint, scenic, private studio guest house with gorgeous scenic views and many amenities. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM and are enforced. After 10 PM we ask that voices are lowered and there is no music played outside. *****Please note we are a 100% drug free location. Anyone who engages in use of any illegal drugs will be reported to local authorities. Per the owners request: We do not allow any aggressive dog breeds or individual animals with traits that can become a danger to humans and other animals including aggressive behavior, a propensity for attacking, predatory behavior. All animals must be kept in the rental area on deck, and I’m not allowed off leash on the property. Guest access Guests can access property on the lower driveway which has stairs leading up to the apartment. Washer/ dryer located on left side of property. This apartment has its own patio and entrance. The driveway is steep and it is recommended to back in slowly near the wall. This is Topanga so you are in a wooded area. There are various animals you may encounter such as peacocks, roosters , possums, skunks, coyotes and the occasional mountain lion or bear. Wild animals normally stay away from humans. Including snakes however this is a wooded area so you need to be aware of your surroundings. Please note that we ask you not to leave any food or drinks out either inside the studio or out on the deck areas. This will attract mice and other rodents and insects.
