Lotte. Right on the Schlei!

"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty. The space Gradlin, clear and cozy. Lots of light meets natural wood and covered, friendly colors. The spacious and open kitchen and living room of "Lotte" invites you to cook, enjoy and relax together. The sleeping floor offers a double bed (180x200) with high-quality pocket spring mattresses, as well as the single beds in the "children's room" below. For the cozy hours on the armchair and sofa, smart TV, fast internet and a Symfonisk Wi-Fi speaker are available. Another highlight of the apartment are location and garden: the holiday property has a garden extending to the water with plenty of lawn and several sitting areas. Here you can relax in peace, barbecue, enjoy the view of the Schlei and the passing boats – and simply relax in the fresh air. In addition, Arnis is a great place to explore the picturesque schleid villages in the gentle landscape of fishing. A variety of Baltic Sea beaches can also be reached in no time. We kindly ask you to bring towels and linens. Unfortunately no pets are permitted. The parking lot at the entrance to the village (only about 300 meters away) offers plenty of space. A day ticket via the "EasyPark" app costs €7.50. And another note for taller people: since it is an old building, the "ceiling height" in the area of the exposed roof beams is about 1.88 m. Guest access The apartment is on the upper floor of a detached house in the idyllic "Lange Straße" - one of three streets in the smallest city in Germany. Other things to note Our 10-meter jetty begins at the end of the waterfront property. Here we offer free boat moorings for up to 1.3 meters draft.
