Two of these generous sized rooms benefit from private balconies with views across the Estate. Downstairs there is a family bedroom with king size bed, bunk bed and family bathroom. We recommend that this property for a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children owing to the bedroom configuration. The open plan living area has everything you need, dining space for all the family, a well equipped modern kitchen and cosy seating in front of the fire.  This beautifully curated home offers extra entertaining space on the private roof terrace, boasting panoramic views of the Estate and a full outdoor kitchen including gas BBQ and dishwasher.  Access is made easy with a driveway directly outside the property for several cars.   House & Estate Rules:   Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.  Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate All our properties are non-smoking. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate. A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this. If you have booked via Airbnb, you do not need to pay the security deposit directly to Habitat Escapes as any damages to the property are raised through Airbnb's reimbursement portal. Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
