Fairytale Pine Cabin

Escape the city into the tranquility of Echo Hills. The home is surrounded by wildlife, aspen & pine forests, and fresh mountain air! An hour from Denver, 25 min. to Evergreen restaurants and shops, yet secluded to experience the magical wildlife of CO, with incredible hikes & ski slopes minutes from the doorstep! This unique and artistic home feels like stepping into a storybook. Beautiful woodwork, plants and art, awe-inspiring natural light and adorable woodland creatures visiting the yard! The space With an open floorpan and vaulted ceilings, the living area flows out to an expansive balcony providing breathtaking views of the forest and mountains (enjoy them from the hot tub!) A spiral stair case leads to a large loft bedroom, with a chaise (the perfect reading nook!) overlooking the trees. Bedrooms are spacious and spread out, providing ample privacy and a lovely floorpan. The home sleeps eight people. The master bedroom is a favorite—with a skylight above the bed, you can stargaze while drifting off to sleep. One of the most special places on the property is the treehouse tiny-home. Built into the pines, you can sleep (twin bed), work (small desk), and enjoy meals surrounded by nature. An additional beautiful balcony provides some of the home’s best views! Guest access Neighborhood Access and Parking The neighborhood roads are county maintained. Roads are plowed right up to our driveway, and we contract a private plower for our driveway to keep travel smooth for you during your stay! Since the cabin is in the mountains, we recommend AWD/4WD during the winter months to be safe. Our large, private driveway and parking area can accommodate at least four vehicles on the premises. There will not be access to a garage. Checking In Key pad entry for self check-ins Living Space Settle in to the magic and comfort of this unique fairytale cabin. Enjoy watching birds from the living room or deck. There are books, games, puzzles, and playing cards in the loft. Enjoy your favorite streaming services on the Samsung Frame Smart TV. There is a hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and plenty of patio seating, so you can thoroughly enjoy the beautiful outdoor atmosphere. Wifi and Cell Starlink internet works great for working, video calls, streaming, texting, etc. There is little to no cell service at the house. You can activate Wi-fi calling on most phones. Accommodations for Little Ones We provide a pack-n-play and high chair. Kitchen The kitchen is well- equipped. From baking muffins, blending smoothies, or preparing a multi-course dinner- it has what you need! An induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and dishwasher are all provided. Plenty of cookware, dishware, silverware, and food storage containers are provided. A gas grill is also provided on the balcony. To stay as safe & sanitary as possible, we do not provide food. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper & cooking oil. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, overlooking the green grass and aspens (frequently enjoyed by visiting deer)! Or eat outside on the balcony, enjoying the sunsets and majestic colors that light up the mountains. Bedrooms 5 bedrooms (one is also an office) and 5 beds. One king bedroom, one queen bedroom, one full bedroom, and two twin sized bedrooms (one in the treehouse, one in the office). Extra blankets and pillows provided. Bathrooms There are two bathrooms. The master bath has a rain shower head, and the guest bath has a jacuzzi tub and shower. Workspace Friendly The home is equipped with Starlink internet. There are several locations in the house that are beautiful workspaces. The private office has a large desk with a lovely view of the lawn and trees. The treehouse has a small desk and chair looking out upon the pines. The kitchen counter offers seating as well and is a favorite place to work in the beautiful, light-filled main living area. The dining room table is a prime spot for wildlife viewing. Each bedroom has a comfortable chair to accommodate reading and working on a laptop. Steps and Stairs The spiral staircase is a lovely artistic element of the home. Please watch your step and use the railing. Washer and Dryer Can be made available for longer term stays. Please message us to discuss. Other things to note Snow Roads are plowed in a timely manner by the county right up to our driveway, and we contract a private plower for our driveway to keep travel smooth for you during your stay! Wildlife Deer and foxes are commonly seen on the property, as well as a wonderful variety of birds (we do remove the bird feeders during some spring & summer months to prevent bear visits). Enjoy observing wildlife, but please do not feed or approach animals. Bears live in the area, but are not commonly seen on the property. Please be mindful to avoid attracting bears—do not leave food in your car or outside. Smoking Smoking/vaping of any kind is prohibited in the house. If you choose to smoke/vape, do so outside. Please be very cautious as the area is very susceptible to forest fires. Other -This is not a party house. There is a 9 pm noise curfew for the outdoors, including both balconies. -No pets are allowed in the home. -Only registered guests are allowed at the home. -The indoor fireplace is not available for use at this time. -If you have no reviews or history on Airbnb, please contact us before booking.
