3rd Floor flat in Woodbridge

Located blocks from Wayne State University and the museum district (DIA). PieSci, Ochre, Woodbridge pub, and Bikes and Coffee are all a short walk. The space The flat is on third floor of a 3 story Woodbridge home. You must walk up 2 flights of stairs to access it. There is one bedroom in the back and large sitting area and kitchenette up front. The Apartment has small fridge, toaster oven, and coffee maker, but not a full kitchen - more like a hotel suite. The bathroom has been completely redone with a walk in shower. The floors of the apartment still need to be refinished, and there are a few things on the to do list, but this is where I stay whenever I'm in Detroit and I love it. I hope you do too. There is a shared back yard and deck for relaxing, a front porch for people watching, and off street parking at the back of the property. Guest access Woodbridge is a great neighborhood between midtown and core city. Easy bike ride or short drive downtown, and to all things midtown like Wayne State, the museum district, and lots of good shops and restaurants. Check out my guide book for my favorite spots. Woodbridge is known for it's art scene - there are sculptures in many yards and lots, murals on several buildings, and we are home to Armageddon Beach Party's studio - right beside Bikes and Coffee. Other things to note The first floor is occupied by long term tenants with a labradoodle named Franny.
