Other things to note You must not have more than 8 people (including children) in the property. This rule is strictly enforced, fines between $500 -$1000 can be issued by by-law if the occupancy limit is exceeded. There is parking for a maximum of 2 cars. The Garage MUST be used as one of the parking spaces along with the driveway if bringing 2 cars. This is a requirement of the STA licence Bi-Law.
