Guest access Guests have access to the entire place. Other things to note DRIVE/ACCESS: Our location offers exceptional convenience with easy access to the I-80 highway, allowing you to reach us effortlessly before the traffic of Truckee or Tahoe builds up. The route from the freeway to LuxCabin is a flat road spanning less than 1 mile. Moreover, our cabin is situated within mere minutes of multiple renowned ski resorts, including Soda Springs Ski Resort, Sugar Bowl Resort, Boreal Mountain Resort, Donner Ski Ranch, Northstar Resort, and Palisades Tahoe Squaw. In addition to the ski resorts, we are also in close proximity to a plethora of hiking trails, providing ample opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts to explore the scenic wonders of the region SECURITY CAMERAS: We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior of the property and in the garage. These are security cameras focused on the entryways and designed to maintain your privacy while enjoying our home. GUESTS: Only the guests on the confirmed Airbnb reservation are allowed on the property / in the cabin. Extra guests must be approved by the owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees. PETS: An additional fee of $199 will be applied to your reservation. We gladly welcome one well-behaved dog with prior approval before your booking. We kindly request that the dog is not left unattended in the premises for prolonged durations, is to be kept off furniture and beds, and that you provide your own dog bedding while ensuring responsible waste cleanup outdoors CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee encompasses standard turnover cleaning tasks, such as changing bedding and laundering linens, cleaning surfaces and floors, and managing snow removal, among others. Please be advised that additional cleaning charges may apply in cases of substantial untidiness, such as excessive dishware or the presence of pet hair on furniture and beds. WINTER SNOW SEASON: Donner summit experiences significant snow accumulation during the winter months. For optimal mobility, we recommend using 4-wheel drive vehicles. We offer a driveway plow service, as well as a shoveling service to maintain clear pathways. However, please be aware that snow may continue to accumulate between shoveling and your arrival. To further assist you, we provide shovels and de-icing salt for your convenience. In the event of heavy snowfall during your stay and if additional shoveling assistance is required, please don't hesitate to contact us. We may be able to arrange additional help for a supplementary fee. Please be advised that while we make every effort to ensure your safety and comfort, we cannot be held responsible for any weather-related delays or changes leading up to and during your reservation. Our standard cancellation policy remains in effect in the event of a storm. LOST/STOLEN: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
