Our luxurious beachfront penthouse with spectacular ocean views recently renovated, The house has all the services just a few meters away. Nearby is Puerto Marina that can be visualized from its large terrace. It has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room - kitchen. The terrace has a Jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue and a large chill-out space to enjoy evenings with friends or family The space The Penthouse overlooking the Sea has a 110-meter terrace with a large capacity Jacuzzi, barbecue, pergola with an outdoor living room in the garden. The interior of the house is about 130 meters, which are distributed in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, a very spacious living room. Two rooms each have a 1.50 cm double bed. The other room has two 90 cm beds. The living room has a double sofa bed or extra beds. We have absolutely free baby cots and high chairs. Extra beds for adults and children free of charge upon request. The Penthouse has hot and cold air conditioning in every room and living room , wi-fi, netflix , HBO, Prime video, TV with satellite dish with all the channels in the world in your language, extendable dining table, includes premium towels, high quality Sabanas, viscoelastic mattresses, hairdryer, free toiletries.
